Each year, the Data and Evaluation and Practice Reporting Co-chairs review practice performance for quality and customer experience and based on that review, make recommendations to the CTC Board of Directors on standards that will be used for contract adjudication. The CTC Board of Directors has approved the 2016-2017 Adult Quality and Customer Experience Contractual Performance Standards. Outlined below are a summary of the changes that have been approved. The PCMH Kids Contractual Performance Standards will be decided at a later point in time when performance data is available.
