2016-2017 Contractual Performance Standards Updated 
The Data and Evaluation Committee has approved a change in the 2016-2017 Contractual Performance Standards. Quality measure thresholds had been established for FQHC and Non-FQHC practice sites. The FQHC threshold has been expanded to apply to practices that have a 50% or more Medicaid patient panel as determined by patient attribution at the time on contract adjudication.
2016-2017 CTC-RI Adult Quality and Customer Experience Contractual Performance Standards

Each year, the Data and Evaluation and Practice Reporting Co-chairs review practice performance for quality and customer experience and based on that review, make recommendations to the CTC Board of Directors on standards that will be used for contract adjudication.  The CTC Board of Directors has approved the 2016-2017 Adult Quality and Customer Experience Contractual Performance Standards. Outlined below are a summary of the changes that have been approved.  The PCMH Kids Contractual Performance Standards will be decided at a later point in time when performance data is available.
